Refund policy

We want you to be sure before you pay. You can attend a free demo lecture first, meet the trainer and ask about the course. This policy explains when we refund your fee.

1. Eligibility for a refund

• Before your batch starts: if you withdraw before the first class, we refund everything you have paid.
• If we cancel or move your batch: if the new date does not suit you, we refund everything you have paid.
• During the first week of classes: if you withdraw, we refund what you have paid minus a proportionate charge for the classes already held.
• After the first week: fees are not refundable, but you can move to a later batch of the same course once, at no extra cost, if a seat is available.

2. Refund timelines

We confirm your refund within 3 working days of receiving your request, and pay it within 7 working days of confirming it. We pay refunds to the account or method you paid from. If you paid in cash, we pay by bank transfer to an account in your name.

3. How to request a refund

Email hello@testeracademy.com or message us on WhatsApp at +91 8209166170 with your name, your course and batch, and your payment receipt. You do not have to give a reason, but it helps us improve.

4. Exceptions

• If you paid in instalments, refunds are calculated on the amount you have paid, and any instalments still due are cancelled.
• No refund is given if you are removed from a course for misconduct, as set out in our terms and conditions.
• Fees you pay to third parties, such as ISTQB exam fees, are not paid to us and cannot be refunded by us.
• The demo lecture, free tools and templates are free, so no refund applies to them.
